Usually same as a restaurant: fifteen to twenty percent of the total of your order. For example, if the pizza and coke total is $18.00, a 20% tip would be $3.60, thus $21.60 is your total.
It is only fair. Pizza delivery drivers use their own car, pay for their own gas and repairs, and are underpaid by the pizza chain who expects them to earn their living through their tips.

I use to be a delivery man myself so I would definately suggest 2 to 3 pounds I live in London now, but back in California I used to get a lot of money out of tips, telling ya, makes the pizza man very happy, tip is very important, but people are so rude here in london that u don't really feel like tippin the drivers!

I usally give $3-$4 depending on the total. If the pizza is $16 I'll just give them a $20. I don't like to play around with a bunch of change.

I have always given better service to my good tippers.(mxpowertb... is a great tipper) I am the driver that is sent to the notoriously bad tippers. And I have been successful in getting tips from non tippers. Some of the poor tippers don't know that they are supposed to tip. The standard tip is 10%. anything more than 15% is greatly appreciated. Companies that charge for delivery don't have a product worth buying, let alone eating.

I give 10% of the total, which normally turns out to be $2-3.

5 bucks usually(for 2 pizzas & a coke), at least in Atlanta. That might be a lot in Bute, Montana and it may be dirt in LA. Hard to say

A couple of bucks, unless it was a challenge to deliver, like you live on the top floor or something. We usually give the change from a twenty, 2 dollars and some change.

Couple bucks... like 3. also it depends on how far they came... if you live in an apartment or a house.. (IF they have to find you in an apartment building i would say tip a little more.)
Also it depends on how much you order.
I would say $2-5
