She's an idiot. She should have let the justice system do the work instead of trying to be some sort of estrosuperduper hero. I guess CNN likes ratings she makes, so they probably don't care if their show's just a Jerry Springer Show with some legal jargons sprinkled here and there. She made the whole case more difficult for everybody for some TV rating? Nobody wins. Everybody lose. If I was stuck up former prosecutor like Nancy Grace I shoot myself for interfering with the whole deal.
If she wants to prosecute someone have her do that in court and not on some TV show. Nancy Grace isn't on that show to serve public or some other fency reason she might claim. She's there to indulge herself with whatever crazy fantasy she has about putting bad people away. You don't do that on TV show. That's why we have courts. She should quit and work in court or just shut her cakehole.

This "young mother" is the closest thing to a suspect in the disappearance of her own child . My sympathies are with the innocent baby -not a "mother" who was less than cooperative . The child couldn't have been taken through a 10 inch tear in the screen .His mother lied and claimed he was a heavy sleeper ; his father knew he was a light sleeper . Dad took ( and passed) a polygraph . Mom did not and danced around that question repeatedly . There's no way she was innocent. The "young mother" took her baby and a shot-gun on an 8-hour Odyssey where she claims she was lost and disoriented while looking for a place to go target shooting . I think we know who the "target" was .Why you try and blame Nancy Grace is beyond comprehension when you know all the facts . Nancy Grace doesn't need to apologize to anyone . For what? For trying to get answers from the only person who knew what she did with the baby ? That's rich .

CNN nor Nancy Grace should be liable for her death. Why would they be? Neither forced this screwed up girl to a) talk to Nancy Grace or b) shoot herself. That's just b.s. to even suggest they are responsible. I love to watch Nancy Grace because I hardly ever agree with her. I am smart enough to know if I'm hiding something, I'm sure as hell not taking a phone call from her, a FORMER PROSECUTOR. She just asked the questions people really want to know, in her prosecutor way. If you don't like her, don't watch her. That's why I don't watch Bill O'Reilly.

No! Nancy was being tough, I agree. The mother voluntarily appeared on the program. Nancy Grace didn't just appear in the mother's living room and start demanding answers. That woman elected to end her life, Nancy Grace didn't kill her. Sure, there will be a lawsuit which will probably be settled out of court for big $$
By the way, where is the boy? You have to wonder who was involved. Afterall, you only have to look to Houston to see what some mothers will do to their children.

Nancy Grace should realize that she doesn't have the right to abuse people, particularly people under stress. She should make a list of questions and follow them and not go crazy on people. Nancy should apologize to the family. Only the family can sue CNN and Nancy Grace.

You sound like a terribly litigious person. Should Nancy Grace be able to sue you for making this claim? We do have free speech here in the US, and no one forced this girl to appear on the show.
Ultimately, the young mother is responsible for her own actions...as are all people. Nancy Grace did not kill her; remember, she killed herself...supposedly. Perhaps Nancy simply made her realize that her own actions contributed to her son's abduction, and she was unable to live with that truth.

I agree that Nancy Grace was WAAAAYYYY out of line, but I don't think an apology to the American people makes much difference. What is she apologizing to us for? She should apologize for any stress and heartache she caused the family of the deceased woman.

Who knows what kind of horrible trauma in her earlier life has made Nancy Grace the hateful old hag that she is today. Whatever it is, we can only hope that it torments her every single moment of every day for the rest of her miserable, pathetic life.
