Neither, tampons are bad for vaginal health and pads aren't enough for my heavy flow, I use a menstrual cup.

If its your first time use a pad for the first day then use the tampons for the rest of your cycle. Oh I seem to be more comfortable sleeping with a pad.

I ask this question a few days ago! I guess we were thinking alike hugh?
Tampons - pads make me feel like I am wearing a diaper. But only OB tampons. They conform to a woman's body & aren't too long. Designed by a woman for a woman. My mom and I both swear by them!
(They do come with applicators now. )
SOrry So LoNg ...for such a simple answer.

pads for sure. ever since they introduced tampons to use in the 5th grade i've only been able to get it in comfortably once or twice. i stopped trying. i have a bunch of them laying around because i buy them and then don't use them. i got to tell you though, if you are a pad person like myself it pays to have a hand held shower sprayer with a single jet stream. you can clean it better and take care of that period smell. you will still attract more dogs, but humans won't detect a thing.

Tampons when my flow is heavy in the beginning. They just make me feel cleaner, and they don't stink like pads do. Plus, they're more comfortable than pads, which feel like a diaper.

Manly pads. I use tampons only when I'm at the beach and my Aunt Flo makes an unexpected visit.

Been using tampons for 15 years and they are the best. No bulking, no mess, no feeling like a baby in a diaper.

I use tampons, but I usually wear a pad or panty liner as backup. Better safe then sorry!
