In view of the initial picture, I reckon you are wise to put the adult content notice on it.
As for the rest I don't have a 360 page. I do have a blog, but it's restricted access and written in another language anyway.

i did not label mine "mature" as I have no nudity on it. I dont find anything wrong with the word gay and if a young person happens upon it and asks me questions about coming out, I will be happy to answer.
I just checked your page out and yes, you need to label it mature. Though I do think the guy is cute!
