Have you ever bought a gift for a child and had them be rude when they opened it or just not take care of it. How does it make you feel?

It happens, but they are a child and they don't know any better...get them a book next time if that's how you feel.

Things like that shouldn't be taken personally, unless it is your own child who acts that way, in which case you teach them to be more gracious and to have better manners.
