What is the best part of www.ocean19.com?

There is this web site,ocean19.com. They get somuch traffic. Why?

They probably get so much traffic because they are affiliated with other organizations that help advertise for them.

Their portfolio doesn't look impressive though, all the designs look very generic and basically just modified (if modified) templates.

They may advertise a lot, but the sites they make do look poor!
