I think that you should tell her.
Invite her over for pizza and a movie. When she gets there have her favorite homemade dinner ready. After y'all decide on the movie ask her if she's hungry. If she is. Bring her plate into her like it was nothing. But don't brag.
She may be stunned. If she is just ease into it. Start out with dinner and then move on to the movie.
You might want to have pizza as a backup just in case you have second thoughts at the last minute.
Tell her that you have been thinking about her. Not only as a friend but also as a girlfriend. Tell her you think that she is special and you hope that she could think of you in a boyfriend kind of way.
Make sure you make it crystal clear that no matter what her answer is it won't change your friendship.
Some of the best relationships come from friends that became romantic.

i guess if you're really good friends, then she wouldn't let these feelings interfere with your relationship. You should tell her, then things are out in the open. If she doesn't feel the same way, then you two can talk about it, and tell her you don't want it to affect your relationship. If you tell her and she likes you, then you two can start dating. But if you don't tell her, the you will never know if she likes you too, and she may like you, and be too shy to say anything, and try and move on.

How do you know if's gonna ruin your friendship? Who knows, she might feel the same way too. If i were you, take the risk of telling her the truth, if you lost her friendship, its good to know that you are just being honest about it. No pain no gain. No guts No glory.

Tell her exactly what you just asked here. Chances are, she'll appreciate the affection and will share your desire of not wanting to ruin the friendship.
How you two progress is (and should be) up to BOTH of you after you have talked openly.

i've had this same problem once you think you are good friends say that you want to tell them something and you don't want it to ruin your friendship. that is what i did and then i told him that i liked him and he said he figured and we are still really good friends and if they can't handle that then maybe they aren't the best of friends in the first place.

Take a big fat deep breath and tell her. If she is a true friend, either way she will be your friend in the end
