There's no comparison it's definitely a woman, I don't think a mans bits are really ugly, just funny either when dangly or more usually not.

That's because tv only covers the hot ones. Male sexual predators are usually depicted as ugly because their role in the molestation charges are depicted as being more "agressive." For female molestors, the percieved (and incorrect) notion is that there is less "forcing" going on, so tv bites into that, and directs its coverage into offenders fitting those categories. I have actually seen some pictures of some female sexual predators, and most of them look like the hideous "large marge" and "big bertha" types.
