I think I would spend the first hundred grand by buying how ever many tickets of the Oakland A's games I could and throw open the gates for the underprivileged children of the East Bay. I would give every kid at least one ticket with the option of bringing a friend, and see how far that would go. Now would be a great time of year to do it. Especially in the playoffs!
Then between every inning I would have the players sign autographs instead of throwing the ball around for five minutes.
That would last maybe a week maybe?? Two??

if I won a million dollars probably 1/2 would go to the government for taxes so I'd have to use what I got wisely. And, the million dollars probably would come to me in yearly installments of probably $50,000 so I couldn't deal with the first hundred grand because that much would not be given to me at a time. I'd probably invest the $50,000 in a Roth IRA, in mutual funds or some sort of savings thing or investment.

i imagine the in basic terms difficulty that makes me extra disgusted than Obamas penchant for spending trillions is listening to our modern difficulty blamed on George Bush.not that i develop into an avid Bush supporter (really the opposite in the time of his very last time period) yet come on human beings.not something Bush might want to have finished calls for this style of reckless govt advance and intense spending.I challenge each person on solutions to describe what Bush did that calls for drilling for relations oil to be prohibited, healthcare to be socialized or very almost each and every monetary business organization, automobile producer and wall highway agency to be bailed out.there's no answer except the actual undeniable reality that folk some distance, some distance above us have a plan and Obama and his "New New Deal" are all part of it.we are only the money adult men and we received't provide up it.

The first whatever would go toward paying the taxes on the monies - then the next would go to payoff the bills and of course at least 10% would go to the Church - after that then I would have to discuss with the spouse and agree on how to spend/save the rest!@

I'd locate my ex-wife and give the first hundred thousand to her gift-wrapped with my best wishes for her, and I'd also buy her a nice home and see about getting her to retire early and enjoy herself. The second hundred thousand would be for my buddy of 43 years and his wife, and I'd also pay off their mortgage.

I would give the first $100,000 away to family and charity. Then I would go on a trip and figure out what to do with the rest when I got back.

I would pay off all my debts then set my children up with school funds so they could all get good educations, then I would help my family with any needs they may have. I would then donate a big chunk to my church's missionary fund.
