It will probably swell up really big by this time tomorrow and be really hard to bend. Continue to ice it. When I did my knee sorta like that, I saw a doctor right away to make sure no bones were broken. I had a re-check 3 days later and my knee was still huge and swollen, so he stuck a needle in and took out a ton of fluid. The needle hurt a lot, but my knee bent and felt much better after that. I ended up having a small meniscal and acl (tendon/ligament) tears. They eventually healed without surgery, but I needed to have physical therapy. I doubt hockey practice will be something you can do tomorrow. Better to miss a couple practices now, than miss out on activities your whole life. Get it taken care of right away.

You have a serious injury, go to a doctor now! There is
no way you should even try to play hockey tomorrow,
if you ignore this damage, you will be doing yourself
a lot of harm and looking at a lot more time healing.
You may have torn a ligament or some other connective
tissue and that takes a long time to heal properly. So
get it checked out right away.

You need to go to the doctor or the emergency room. Chances are you have injured or torn the ligaments in your knee. If you do not get this treated appropriatedly, you could suffer for it the rest of your life. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you get this taken care of, as soon as possible, you could have problems with your knee, walking, and playing hockey forever if you have a serious tear and don't get it repaired.

Ice it for now to keep the swelling down but there is a very good possibility that you tore something. If it is still very sore tomorrow get an X ray.

go to the emergency room, sometimes hyper extending your knee, like you did will cause small breaks on the end of your bones...just because you can bend it does not mean it is not broke only an ex-ray can tell the doctor that

your still sitting on the computer asking? go to the doctor. just because you can move it doesnt mean the tissue isnt dammaged. forget your hockey practice. you cant always get what you want in life. your knee could even be cracked. i would suggest NOT moving it, just because you can.

i wouldn't push it..
knee injuries are a mother to mend - pushing yourself to go to practice tomorrow is probably a bad idea.

i'd see a doctor, and just take it easy..
if you don't you may injure it beyond the point of an easy "wait it out" recovery - and then you won't be able to play for a long while.

Go to the doctor. You may have damage on the inside. Don't ignore it the rest of your life isn't worth a hokey game.

You need to go to the Dr. It could be a ligament tear if it's not fractured, and you will need to get it checked. Ice it anyway.
