Main Corse: Salmon with a hint of Basil
Dessert: Baked Alaska
For a snack after dinner to finsh you appite, you would get grapes and pinnaple.

Have corn on the cob, salad, potato salad and cole slaw. Cheese an crackers, olives (black and green), chips with dip.
French silk pie and apple pie with ice cream for desert. Then whatever you wanted to drink.
