Does every non-Muslim on this planet need to study Islam in detail to understand the vilolence it perpetrates?

Ask any Muslim around the globe about the violence which is being perpetrated in the name of Islam & he would reply to you that Islam is misunderstood & you should study/learn it to understand the morality behind these Jehadi attacks & beheadings around the world which are conducted in the name of Allah. Does a thorough knowledge of Quran opens one's eyes to the fact that bomb-blasts & beheadings in the name of Jehad (holy war) are the moral duty of every devout Muslim & do not constitute Terrorism as the non-Muslims/impure blood/Kaafirs usually call it?

Do you know neo there are 1.3 billion muslims in world and is the second largest religion in world 21% of world population the closest to it are atheist 16%,Hindus 14%.

If Islam would have been a religion preaching violence,bombings,killings,beheadings then imagine that even if 50% of muslims would have been devout then 0.65 billion people would have been terrorist.Then imagine what a hell this world would have been.

But it is not so.Only 5 to 10 countries are facing islamic terrorism(mind you there are terrorist outfits like LTTE,IRA,ABB,ETA).

The reason may be either there aren't any devout muslims in this world or the whole fact as percieved by you is false.

So my friend i suggest you be sure to learn about islam and it's principles.It's evolution,history every bit of research you do,which you can do.Then i would be sure you would understand the true meaning of kaafir's,jehad and Islam.

That is the problem . people who call themselves muslims and say that the religon does not preach violence do not seem to have studied Kuran or understood it or do not know what violence is . They are suffering from one of these difficiencies.
It is said that para9 of chapter 29 commands the muslims to convert the non-believers to islam by force or kill them if they do not accept Islam. All right , let us concede a point to them . If the religon does not preach violence ,what should they do with those who practice violence in the name of Islam .?should they not condem them for damaging the image of the religons ?Should not the leaders of that religion who issue fatwas against non-muslims and muslims also for very minor and insignificant offences , issue fatwas against those who practice violence and seriously damage the very image of that religon? How is it that the majority of the muslims barring a very few support the terrorists who kill people all over the world in the name of Islam ?
It is strange that the muslims could not even understand the contradiction in their stand or refuse to understand the situation. Let the kuran have anything in it . Nobody is bothred about it . Let the muslims see what their brotheren do in the name of Islam. It is unfortuante that the people who claim to be muslims are themselves destroying the image of that religon and they throw the blame on others whom they interfere with and kill in the name of their religon and yet say that they are passive and non-violent . If they do not understnd what is violence and non-violence , what can others who suffer at their hands do?
There is only solution to this problem. Either the muslims ask a competent authority to amend the offensive or misleading passage in the Kuran or proclaim to the Muslim world that no violence in the name of religon is permissible and issue a strong fatwa against those who indulge in violence in the name of Islam proclaiming that that it is unislamic to engage in violence in the name of Allah or Islam. If violence is unislamic , there can be absolutely no problem in doing this .and redeem the imge of the religon..
If those who say that the religion does not preach violence are honest and not telling a lie , they can ensure that the Muslims are disuaded from violence in the name of relgion. In the present world no religon can have its way and entertain any imagination or thought of wiping out the other beleifs from the face of the earth.

Why not read the Talmud and even the Bible to see what violence those holy books perpetuate? Which religion has inflicted the most violence on the world? Why do you buy the phony stories that will one day be used against you by the people you trust the most? I do not need to study a book that says if I do not become a Muslim I must die. This is what their supposed religion teaches. We are infidels and killing us is noble. Perhaps we should suggest that they read and study the Bible and learn how a religion of peace is supposed to sound.
