why do some people .when they get there pay check . or cash from there family . can't wait to rush off to the pc store.& buy computer part's.like add on external hard drive. external dvd drive . pc ram card's.2.0 usb adapter's.wire routers/wireless routers.windows xp 'cd .to go from win98se or win .xp home.too windows professional. then rush home to set up what ever they have buy from the store. spend up to 2 hours trying to fix thing's then can't get it right coz they don't know how too .if they took there pc .too a computer technician .too fix the hard ware it will save them time. as for software like.
windows xp upgrade .all they do is make 1 call and microsoft .will give them the support in how too do the .windows xp upgrade. why do they work like crazzy . for hours .when they can ask for help from some one who knows how too put it all right for them ?

Well speaking for myself....I love rooting around my pc. As you can see from my name here I am a learner. I love to learn and there is nothing like the feeling I get when I have sorted something out for myself. I got a new computer a year ago but a few years before that I was given a broken pc. I didn't know how to turn it on never mind use it. I played around with it and read a bit about it and got it working. I found all the programmes and had a go and then I changed the display adapter, put in a modem and went on line......great fun. Whenever it broke I would fix it myself. No trouble with this new one but I manage to mess up the files now and again and usually manage to put it right again. I enjoy pc diy.

I use a 486 Hewlett Packard running windows 3.1 and a IBM Laptop with windows 98 SE and 300 Mhz. 486 is about 10 years old and can out run any computer on Dail-Up and will Boot faster than anything new. The IBM about 6-7 years old and does well. I have a dot matrix printer 10 years old, that I have never bought ink for and a Scanner,webcam, digital camera and External Hard Drive for all. Why people spend all their money on computers? I guess it a hobby for them. I just need them to do what I need to do. I have about $400 in all my stuff combined.

It is simple people want things but they dont want to work for it. To install everything they need. Putting the device together. What it comes down too is everyone that makes a mess, then they go crying because they mess up. They havent heard of the instruction manule. If they did they wouldn't be here crying because they messed up. It is sad and pathetic too see that. No one even reads the manule anymore. They should get how too put in devices for dummies. On tape of course, because they wont read the book they need pictures to help. Maybe then they could do it right. If this keeps up all the technology companies should administer an IQ test for people who wants to buy a pc.

Mainly because PC repair shops are hiway robbers and microsoft support costs WAY to much! From some of your posts, it looks like you have the same trouble you are complaining about!

people do that becuz , when they have the money in their hand they are scared they might not get it again , so what they do is go spend it on somthing that can easly be a cheaper way to get or to fix, after the money is gone they realize that they had an option
