I found out because my soon to be ex told me. This girl has been my friend for over 10 years she has been there everytime my husband hit me and she helped me get away from him She is like my only friend. So my question is should i just stay out of it since im not going to be with him anyway or confront her and end our friendship?

Okay, first of all you are trusting him to tell you the truth. He may have never lied to you before but is he trying to manipulate you now? Is he trying to make you jealous? Is he trying to drive a wedge between you two as friends so you wont trust her? Maybe he slept with her and and he wants you to not talk to her again. Yes there are a lot of questions to be answered aren't there! May I suggest you talk with your friend and tell her it doesn't matter if she is seeing him because it DoesN'T matter you are through with him. Be sure you remind her of all the times he abused you and that the circle of violence will continue. Be sure and tell her up front that you really dont care if she wants to see him, yet caution her of his nature. Good Luck, T

That doesn't sound much like a friend,I would confront her and let her know how I feel and look for a new friend.Let her get hooked up with the soon to be ex and maybe he can slap her around a bit,she knows how he is.

If y'all are friends, then you should feel okay to talk to her about it. It sounds like she's not being a good friend. It sounds so shady on her part. I would definately raise the issue with her and tell her how you are feeling.

firstly in my opinion i would like to say that your friend is a back stabbing *****. your question to your friendship with your friend is that are you going to be comfortable with them being together. are really over your soon to be ex husband and are you ready to let your friend have him.

Do you really trust your soon to be ex to tell you the truth? If she
knows that he hit you and all that and she would still go for him,then I would let her have him. I would ask her tho if it is true.

she is fake leave her alone and find you a good friend i had to dismissed all my friends when i got married because they started being fake and was not happy for me when i found my man but when i was down a going thru bad relationship my so called best was loving it when i was down

if she was really your friend she would have enough respect for you that she wouldnt think about going with him ecspecially since you said she was there when he would hit you...sounds shady to me....get rid f her you dont need friends like that...
