The witch from the Disney Sleeping Beauty. Maleficent, or whatever her name was. She was terrifying.

I used to get creeped out by watching old movies with Vincent Price. Skelator in masters of the universe was scary too. Also the Cobra King played by James Earl Jones in Conan the Barbarian. Another creepy guy was the monster in Stargate.

The Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz. I had so many nightmares over that witch! She was scary!!!\
As a grown up now, Chucky (the doll) terrifies me. I saw one movie and vowed to never have stuffed animals sleep with me again!

Ursula from the LIttle Mermaid. The part where she's laughing all menacingly and everything gets dark except for her eyes. THat scared me shitless when I was little.
