If you lay down you can feel a ball like not in your tummy. You also start feeling butterfly like feelings inside every once and a while. Kinda like fart bubbles. It is the baby moving.

every pregnancy is different if you lie down you should feel; a small bump a bit like a small melon, some women show at 4 months others do not show until they are about 5 to 6 months

At 4 months I hardly had a bump but I could feel movements, like wind bubbles, and when I lay down I would sometimes get a strange lump poking out! It was very weird, the baby was so small but I could already see her pushing herself to one side or the other of my tummy! She was very active from the very beginning and still is at three months old.

It all depends on your size. If it is your first, which im guessing it is, then you may not show for a while. I didnt show until I was 5-6 months. I did have butterfly feelings and then kicks from 17 weeks. I grew fast tho and was huge by the end!! I personally do not remember feeling a hard ball, but then I was too worried to start pushing at my stomach to try and feel him!

Every womans bump is different i showed almost straight away with my pregnancies but from what i remember is mine were a little bump that was still very soft

i didnt really have a bump at 4 mths, im 7 mths now but everyone says im quite small, i havnt put weight on round the back,it just looks like ive swallowed a football, everyones size is different.

It depends on your body. I didn't get my bump until I was 7 months pregnant. Try searcing the web, you should find something that gives you an idea.

Basically, you should start looking nicely pregnant, though if you're taller you'll not show for a bit longer. Personally, I start showing before I even do a test, but I'm odd........lol

depends on the build etc of the female, and if its ur first u shud have a small bump

i also have to agree with the others, everyone is different, but itdoes actually feel like a lump in your abdomen,and looks the same way.
