What do the lyrics in the song mean? what is the message that the artist is trying to give?

I think Fergie is referring to her thong as a "London Bridge," because 1.) I've heard thongs referred to as London Bridges, and 2.) Everytime she gets drunk and sees a guy her "London Bridge wanna go down"... like she wants to get naked and have sex.

"Deja Vu" is pretty self-explanatory if you know what deja vu means. It means that feeling you get when something seems familiar to you but you usually don't know where you have felt, seen, or heard it before. Beyonce is saying that everywhere she goes she gets the feeling of deja vu because everywhere she goes she is reminded of him and sees him everywhere... which isn't exactly the correct usage of the term, but I guess she figures she is Beyonce and therefore beyond the laws of correct word usage.

I think I can interpret the preceding situation thusly; Fergie goes to bar, has too many vodka martinis. The press snaps pictures as she dry humps a random guy, but unfortunately for all of us, they don't pursue her on a high speed chase through tunnels in Paris.

Then she vomits on her date, confuses her pepper spray for Binaca and liberally sprays some in her mouth; the peppery surprise forces her to rub her mouth on her date's butt. While doing so, she makes humming sounds similar to that of a bass.
