I like it. It is an exfoliant. Use it in the shower. I make the water hot and then sort of steam my face first. Then I use the scrub. Scrub it really well then rinse it with the hot water. I think it works well on black heads and makes my skin feel smoother.

I do not know if that particular product works, but I have had great results from all the St. Ives products I have used.

I like it. My skin is really clean and soft afterwards. It's cheap too.

if you like that.. you'll really like Dove's scrub & exfoliant.. try it out.. moisturizes too.

ya, its nice. if u are trying to get rid of pimples tho proactiv is the best.

if you want to exfoliate your body it does indeed though isn't a very good lubricant
