Try www.cupidbay.com , the friendsip section. There are a lot of people from russia and former ussr. They allso have a chat included, and it`s all free. Take care though (genneraly speeking), there are a lot of scams. (I know, I`m from Romania).

2 ideas, first, go to yahoo answers and ask for russian friends, some may turn out. Second, you could go to like yahoo/aol/msn/whatev. chat and goto or start a channel called 'russians only' or sumthin, but it's probbly best 2 just join.. o wait, I'm russian!!! lol jk.. ya good luck.
