I want to change my tires....I now have Michelin Pilot Primacy, and I want to decide between: Michelin pilot sport, Michelin pilot primacy (the same as I have now), or Dunlop Sport 9000. Which is the best, if you have other sugestions. But I like a good grip tire.

I've heard very good things about Dunlop. Michelin used to be a good name in tires... but they are just hanging on to the name with heavy advertising .. they are not the tires that they use to be . Go with the Dunlop and save yourself some money as well. Good Luck ! :)

For the ride I would go with the Michelin's but for the total all out performance go dunlap.

check the ratings. rain tires are good grippers.
all terrain are what they say, all terrain. ratings examples m+s= mud and snow
z and v rated are for quick off the line performance tires .

mud and snow tires grip well but tend to wear out quickly, faster than rain tires. Michelin and bridgestones are excellent tires. check pricing too.

To give a good answer, we'd need to know what kind of vehicle they will be going to, and what kind of driving you do, how long you would like them to wear vs. how much grip you need? I like to comparison shop at www.tires.com. They show you the specs, wear ratings, and have other useful ratings and comments.
