Wow. The gap between intelligent & idiotic answers is kind of staggering!
The good answers are really good! The bad answers are, just....ummm...dumb.
I said corporal...not capital...

i believe spanking kids, in some instances, does a lot better than a 'time out'
i also believe that if one of my kids teachers spanked one of my children she'd have my fist across her nose!
so yes, but responsible parents only

It depends, if after you've tried reasoning nothing changes, then yes. I do believe though that only parents at home should do this, no one else should be allowed to punish in the same way.

I do to an extent. It must be administered by a responsible person with self control. Otherwise what once was a punishment could end up a murder.

Yes at home only. But I think you should try other methods first such as timeouts, taking out privileges or toys.
But I believe in capitol punishment too.
