All of them. You might need to pay a lawyer though.

Are you kidding!? So are you saying that your wife "wears the pants"? If that is all that you are saying then it doesn't matter what your last name is! You can be Paul Kick Me In the *** or Jeffrey Kick Me In The *** your last name doesn't matter. Let's not be facetious here. If you are a punk and your wife is a *****, go and get some counseling! Whether you stay together or not at least YOU will be a bigger person. Look up the word "acquiesce" and see if your name is next to it. If not, go into the bathroom, grab a hand mirror, put the mirror below your butt, look between your legs and examine your balls. If they are still there, gooooood! If they seem swollen and hurt, you need counseling. If they are small, I feel sorry for you, but a lot of counseling will help over time! To answer your question, no. You will have to change your name and that costs a bit. Grace & Peace

I thought you could make your name any one that you wanted in any state. You have to do it at the court house I think and you may need a lawyer. Why is your wife head of the household? I cant think of one reason for that! In my opinion you should be a man and take responsibility. Good Luck

I'm 100% sure in NYC it can be done. You don't have to pay a lawyer or any other kind of fee. When you get the marriage license you but it on there.
