My friend and I Googled it but it wasn't very effective. So I asked the Y!A community looking for some Expert advice.

Looking in yellowpages.ca brought up these answers:

It also shows that the Anglican Book Centre has a website:

There were a few more listed there but those looked the most promising. I'm sure there are more, possibly under other listings.
