Do you mean petcock, or draincock?
It is normally located opposite the lower radiator hose, on the opposite side of the radiator.

Many cars don't have one: you must pull off the bottom hose to drain the system.

It is a good idea to change the hoses every 5 years anyway.

It's hard to change the coolant from the cockpit of a jimmy. Usually people call this the drivers seat, passenger compartment or interior instead of cockpit.

Don't mess with plastic petcock, pull the lower hose.

The correct word is petcock. It will be located on the bottom left or right of the radiator, depending on which side is the hardest to access. If you can't find it. disconnect the lower hose from the radiator.
