I read an article, about two weeks ago, about a study of an enzyme produced by a certain species of worms. This enzyme which is naturally in the brains of humans may be a key player in the development (or prevention of) Alzheimer's Dz. The details scape me at the moment but I think it would be a good subject.
Good luck
