i know in these cross-country's you need alot of resistance can you please give me some tips on how i can be more resistance iam training hard.

do hill repeats. so basically find a steep hill then run up it pretty hard.

resistance? i thought you need endurance.. and you just do that by running until you pass out almost.

Start with a short distance... and slowly build up ur distance... also if you do speed work outs after your distance runs, that will also help your endurance.
