I want to be a patent lawyer... what would be my best undergraduate degree choice?

Im thinking about majoring in Engineering or somethign like that

It all depends on the type of patent work, and the type of products.

Electrical Engineering, if you want to do electrical and circuitry patents; Mechanical Engineering if you want to do machine patents; Applied Chemistry to do inorganic chem patents; Biochemistry or Pharmacy to do biotech patents, etc.

Engineering is good, so is chemistry/science if you want to work in biotech patents
