the fact is that some men cannot accept that marriage is for partnership in life and not to use women as sexual objects, otherwise they could use their hands or something else to get that tight feeling.
Some women go for the C-section but it's because they have smaller bones and such, not doing that specifically for sexual purposes.
You can, of course, get and pay for the high cost of cosmetic surgery that they now have to re-virgin someone, however that doesn't mean your husband will stay with you because you're tighter because as you age things will get loose anyway...even on him. I'd say men need to face the facts of life, but instead they have their pick of young women who are too willing to take another woman's man, and the men are too stupid and fall for it.

The tightness is an issue but more important is the psychological element. Seeing a woman in childbirth took away a lot of the sexiness.
That part cannot be changed.
For tightness try pelvic floor exercises.

You should start to tighten as you get closer to climax anyway should you not so I can't see it as that much of an issue. I myself am un-circumcised so tight can be really pain full for me, so for me a little loser is better. Don't think you'll get many men to admit that outside the anonymity of this site though until your actually in bed with them.

My ex had 2 kids when I met her, and four kids after with me-and she was, and probably still is, very tight. The muscles return to their normal pliancy and tightness for the most part, and it may even be easier for you to climax after having given birth due to better blood flow to the area.
