The first question you need to ask yourself is............what am I planning to study?
Then once you have that, you will be able to better analyze the programs to see if they are even offered at those schools.

Portland State is within walking distance to downtown Portland. The campus is pretty. The Portlan Art Museum and Oregon History Museum are within blocks of campus. It is in a beautiful city and it is a good solid school.

Its nice, medium size Univ. up on a hill and a nice campus. The area of town is not that great, it is in the middle of the city. But there are plently of buses and places to go shopping, (partying). Great Steelers Atmosphere, games, lots of bars hehe...
great city though!
