Do arts and crafts. I love to do that on rainy days. It's also a good time to catch up on your reading or letter writing. you know this might sound childish but I babysit my niece and we have a rainy day box and she loves it when I sit down and color with her in coloring books.

What you need is something cozy! A nice hot shower with your favorite shower gel, something hot and delicious to drink, a good book or a magazine you love but never have time to look at. Turn some music on, and if you like the smell or sound of rain, open a window so you can experience it without getting wet.
If you're feeling restless, crafting is also good. So are things like cleaning out a drawer and lining it with scented paper, organizing your photo album, tackling the junk drawer in the kitchen.

Write letters or do some crafts,or do some fall or sping cleaning.
If you have a computer you can play games or do alot of things on the computer. It makes the time go by fast . You all so can do baking. on a rainy day

Start a new counted cross stitch project
Clean out that closet
Sew that Halloween costume for your child or grandchild.
The ground is soft from the rain, a good time to set out some mums.
