Most likely your fleas are the problem, not the dog. A dog doesn't want fleas, so why would it steal them?

What you need to do is~ take two packets of ketchup ~ then call your granny and tell her to wait on the doorstep ~ then drive to her house with your neighbor's car and throw one the packet of ketchups at her head ~ then take off driving and when you get back home leave the other packet on your neighbor's doorstep ~ then wait on the side of the house and when your neighbor comes outside to argue with your granny ~ sneak in and take the dog ~ then take the fleas back ~ then toss the dog over the fence

that is such a waste of talent if they disappear on to the neighbours dogs and are gone forever. Try keeping them in a circus enclosed tent with no excape.
