If I'm at a restaurant, I love them sunny sided up with toast and hash browns. If I'm at home, I love them hard boiled on toast.

DEVILED EGGS!!! You can make them in sooo many different ways; I love eating one on toast, too, but only until the whites are cooked and the yolk is runny. De-licious.
