Take a hot bath after exposure apply antibiotic ointment to the areas and any of the over the counter anti-itch ointments. Best advice is to use insect repellent.

Worse case I ever had was years ago, went to an Ozzy Osbourne concert and ended up rolling around in the grass with my date. Had them in places that you can't imagine.

They are buggers. The best is Lanacaine. Comes in cream form in a tube available at drugstores. It's got pain deadener in it.

Try not to scratch, and use lots of calamine lotion or put nail polish on the bites. Good luck!
