First you need to have a computer with access to the internet. Then you need a program called " bittorrent " then you need to access a site like mininova.org to find some torrents that will enable you to download files like vids and music. Then you can burn them onto discs.
But unless you have the copyright holders permission, all of this is illegal and I would never do that :P

BTW. Did you know that just as gamers are the people that have driven speeds of computers and their graphics to the levels they are today. Illegal filesharers are the ones that have driven up the download speeds that we all enjoy today.

DVD if you want to write move information or download DVDs to playback in your DVD player.

If you're only playing them on PC then you could use just a CD writer, though it may not hold the right amount of data for what you want to do, so best bet is DVD writer.

Most of the sites will give you software/programmes to download directly from the net, or suggest where you can download it, some may charge for this others not, so look around.

Good Luck. x x

its easier and just as cheap these days to just go and buy the original dvd or cd.otherwise you need to get a broadband modem, broadband subscription, dvd rewriter, take hours downloading and then burning the disks, then risk being prosecuted for dvd piracy etc etc.

DVD's and CD's aren't available for download from the internet. Like everything else, except freeware, they have to be bought.
