I am going to be 6 weeks tomorrow...
And I don't really have any symptoms... I mean I have tender breasts, but they aren't REALLY sore like I read... I also get some mild cramping which I read can be normal.. I think I'm just being a spaz and need to hear some encouraging stories of other people that had similar symptoms...or the lack there of...
I just have slightly tender breasts...some mild cramping every once in a while...not overly tired or anything...and this just all surprises me becuase I thought with all the hormones that I was sure to be sick by now.. I mean when I was on the BC patch I would get nauseous all the time..
I'm worried...I have yet to find a doctor I am going to call around Monday..also can you have a miscarriage and not have any bleeding..I should know the answers to these questions and have researched at nauseum...but still don't feel re-assured..
Any comments and encouragement or reality checks are greatly appreciated..
Thanks~

Don't worry completly normal. I went for a regular check up at the OBGYN and told him that I was about to start because I was cramping so bad like that. He then did a preg test and he determined that I was preg. I asked him if the cramping like I was having a period was normal and he said yes. I was about six weeks along and had no symptoms. I think around the 8-9 wekk mark I started having morning sickness that lasted until about week 16.You do need an OBGYN though for vitamins. No you can't have a misscarriage without bleeding. Don't panic. Easy to say , but everything will be OK.

Sometimes you wont have symptoms of being pregnant.
I was 6 months along with my first child. I have 3 kids and never had morning sickness or cramping.
If you are in fairly good shape your body may take longer to notice the feeling of being pregnant. Every person is different when they are pregnant. I had monthlies with all of my pregnancy's.
Your best bet is to find a good doctor and go from there.
Doctors will let you know if something is wrong or not.
As far as a miscarriage without bleeding I am unsure on. I would think you would at least pass something. But again a doctor is needed since if you did miscarry you would need a DNC.
I wish you the best of luck and if you have questions look in your area for On Call Nurses who can help answer questions for you.

Be thankful that you don't have any symptoms!!! Congratulations! Sometimes, your symptoms may show up later than others! In other cases, some women don't have any symptoms at all!!! Yes, you can have a miscarriage and not have any bleeding! It's called a missed abortion in which a Dilation and Curettage is performed to remove the fetus!! Don't stress yourself because your baby is probably fine!! Go ahead and schedule an appt to see the doctor!! If you think something could be wrong, I would recommend that you go to the emergency room immediately and let them know that you're pregnant so that they can do an ultrasound to check on the baby!! Good Luck

when i was pregnant i didnt really have any support from my partner and found my self having to constantly be reasured i loved to hear tales of births and pregnancys i thought i was just a silly 21 year old who knew nothing and soon you'll feel like a pain in the **** because you'll not want to talk about anything else,

I don't have any real symptoms either yet i , like you am 7 weeks pregnant. i have mild cramps , but nothing painful or long lasting , i mentioned it to my nurse on Friday she says it's OK , but if i have bleeding then i should get checked. she says 90% of miscarriages have bleeding , but in rare instances you don't bleed , I've been worried about the same thing. Just ask your doctor Monday they are always the best source

find a doctor now. everybody's pregnancy is different. you'll experience something that another person won't. I only had nausea in the middle towards the end. i have never heard of having a miscarriage and not having any bleeding or pain. your body is still adjusting to being this way(and will continue to). Don't worry yourself . It's normal.

you are fine, and be happy that you dont have symptoms because they suck. I have had 3 kids and my first didnt have any thing but sore breast, and my other two I was sicker than a dog, so just dont worry you are fine. Also if you miscarry you will have bleeding alot so you will know. Everything will be fine and arounf the 4-5month you will start feeling the baby and then you will finally feel pregnant!! Good luck and congratulations!!!!!

GOOD LUCK with your pregnancy and a healthy baby!!!! Yes, this can be normal, this is why you hear about so many young mothers not knowing they are/were pregnant! I would definitely make an appt. like you said you were trying to do on Monday though! Not to put a damper on things, but yes you can also have a miscarriage and not see any clear signs...Try to find a doctor who is strictly an OB/GYN.
