Well, if it is an actual drive, then all you do is select the files, right click, and select copy. Then, go to the E drive, and click paste.
However, if it is a cd drive, you will have to burn a disc, which can be done through a variety of burning software readily available on the internet, and probably already on your computer.

i am asumming ur E drive is your dvd drive like mine
follow thier answer if you E drive is a removable drive if it is a cd drive you would have to cpoy paste and put a cd in and burn it into the cd
