I just finished reading a question and some very thoughtful responses (including my own, of course) about parenting skills and philosophies asked by a young woman who is not pregnant yet (and not married yet, apparently), but who takes seriously the idea that these things must be thought out. She acknowledges that parenthood is likely the hardest job of all. That gave me a jolt of optimism for the future, and the really thoughtful answers she got were each another jolt.

What's your most recent jolt of optimism from Answers?

I extended the deadline because I got three thumbs-up answers, all different, in the first three I got, and I think I'm onto a philosophical strain here that may be worth something. Let's see what others say. These are all good.

Jolt of optimism, hmm? Cool interpretation! Do you somehow mean it by Leibniz's doctrine?
There are so many jolts but not much super-volts happening to electrocute me. I ain't a frequent answerer or questioner (just an observer) so that is why I do not feel much of super-volts. However, I cannot deny that jolts of optimism DO EXIST (or MUST EXIST) in this environment. No matter how noisy and noisome several users are, there are always humane, brilliant users (you can refer to my first answer-reply to you, if you want). Interestingly enough, I can feel the change in rise of development!

A writer recently sends messages to me detailing his problem concerning his Internet privacy. It was about his literature work which ain't published yet but he had already seen the blurb of it; on ad in his email site! Coincidence?
He confirms with me that one of my probabilities is wrong; his work is very unique and new although the title ain't. Well, who likes to be privacy-intruded especially virtually?
Nonetheless, either he may be wrong (not so unique or something) or this world is going ultra 4-D or some company are engulfing democracy....Hmmm, intriguing, is it not?
Lately, my answer was chosen as the best.

Well, honestly, that was not much of a jolt but it is the latest one; probably a spark (probability 1/1.09) but still it is a nice sensation. I am used to give people pointillistic answers (and I enjoy it aside from not used to give succinct answers) so I get to have many best answers (and points) without doing much answering and voting (and rating!) You and other users who frequently use Yahoo! Answers must have super-sufficient jolts to juice up a knowledge power plant. Keep up the work!

It feels nice to know that our various ideas correlate with each other quite well. It somehow fuelled my motivation.
By the way, can you share with us the link to the question you are referring that seeds optimism? I somehow think I agree with the young woman but not yet conclusive, just probabling! (1/2.05)

Check out other cool answers. I am very sorry if there are happen to be mistake(s). Thanks a lot.

p.s. I hope I remember to reply to the writer.

I asked a question about the preparation for a colonoscopy a few days ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how many goood answers I received...and none of them were ridiculous!

Some medical folks answered my question about a bad knee.
It was a blessing to me.

Thanks to all who help each other here.
