pay the rent first. If you are not usually late maybe the landlord Will work with you. Put a freeze on your bank account and do not use it until you can get the $200 paid off. As for the car wreck did you have insurance?? If not and she does not have a judgment against you then you do not have to pay her.

If you have a job, why not get a second part-time job for a few months to get the extra cash you need. Make yourself a little "rainy day nest egg" that way. Meanwhile, if you are not behind on your rent already, wait to pay this month's rent (it takes awhile before someone can evict you) and try to make a double payment next month (or pay what you can and catch up next month). Pay your bank! Tell the lady with the car wreck you will pay her as soon as you possibly can (give her a little money and promise her the rest next month, maybe). If, however, you have an eviction process against you already, you'll need to pay the rent first and wait on the rest. But...borrow money or get a second job ASAP.

go to one of the places that you can get daily work for daily pay. Hard situations take extreme measures. If you are currently working, ask co-workers if they can give you an extra shift. You may have to clear it with a supervisor, if they say they cant or wont pay over time tell them you'll do it for straight time. A payday loan is not a good means, they can charge astronomical amounts of interest. if you dont have the money to pay your current bills then you'll not have the money to pay a payday loan. DONT DO IT!!!! If you have little to no money spread what you do have between the creditors. Write a pleasant but sincere letter of your financial situation. Most people will like the straight forward honesty and they have all been in the same place your in now. We really all have. They have had struggles, and probably are having struggles or else they would understand. One thing to remember is to live in your means. Oh another thought. go to a pawn shop sell something, or have a garage sale. You can sell plasma, or blood also. Get on food stamps to defray food cost. But most of all, remember this to will pass.

Speak to the bank and work something out with them. As long as you are making an honest effort and paying something, even a small amount, it may buy you some time. Same for the lady. Paying her in $20.00 intervals shows that you are trying to repay your obligations. The rent however is another story. They may or may not work with you. It depends largly on your ability to convince them to let you pay in two or three smaller payments. As long as you are actually doing what you say you are going to do then most of the time people will learn to trust you and become more flexible with you. You just cannot abuse the trust once it is built.

On the issue of your rent, seek out some community service organizations and/or local churches. They normally provide rental assistance and may be able to help you. Be prepared to give information and show documentation as to how and why you owe the rent and/ or the amounts owed. Also advise and keep your apartment manager informed on what action you are taking so they know you are "trying" to reconcile your account with them. On the bank situation, talk with them to see if you can at least stop future charges that they add on to your account while it's in the negative. If you are sincere and speak to the lady you owe the "wreck" money to, she may even be willing to work out a payment arrangement with you. It's very difficult to play "catch up" but prayerfully, you will be able to take care of your debts, reflect back on this time some years from now, laugh about it and thank the Lord for walking you out of your current situation. Lastly, whatever committments or arrangements you make, be sure to keep them.

Luckily, the amounts you're talking about are not high enough that you're in serious danger. Provided you keep things under control, you should be able to be out of this situation in the near future.
In the mean time, watch your expenses! That means: No more alcohol, no more eating out, no driving and burning gas when you don't absolutely have to. Those extra few dollars per week will add up over the next few months.
In addition, while you're sitting at the computer, you can make a few extra bucks through this website: http://www.*************/index.php?ref=82532 It will NOT be much, maybe a few bucks a day, but as I said -- things add up and you don't need an excessive amount.

Honestly you are one among many who are in the same shape. All you can really do is talk with the people that you owe money to and try to work out some kind of payment plan.Don't waste money on non-essentials and look for a better job.

If you have a job try to get a pay day cash advance loan and pay it back when you get your check. You can always go to the bank and try to get a loan too.

What you do is write to your bank and tell them to take from your salary a certain amount of $ per month until the debt is clear.Mind you it all depends on what your salary is???
