whistle or ring a bell everytime you feed them.Soon everytime you ring the bell or whistle they will come running because they think you are feeding them.

Yes.
You can train a chicken to almost the same extent you can train a dog. Although, I think getting a chicken to be a hunting companion would be a bit of a stretch.

Chickens are a lot smarter than people usually give them credit for, so yeah, I think you could train a chicken to do that.

I am not sure on that. You can train them to sit on your shoulder though so maybe if you did this, you could get them back with some sort of call. Who knows though, try...that is the best you can do.

you might condition them to come with something they like, but chickens are THEE DUMBEST or the barnyarders.. you have to shoo them indoors when it rains because they WILL look up and litterally drown
