can a p.c connected to a bt home hub(router)that gets a virus or spyware infect the other p.cs connected to the hub(router)
i dont think it can but what is your opinion ,i would like to hear
the reason i dont think it will is that it isnt on a joined network,they are all just plugged into the router,am i right

Sorry, but you are wrong.

If they don't have up-to-date anti-virus protection, then it is entirely possible for them to become infected, depending upon the type of virus.

If they're all plugged in to the same router, they ARE on the same network! Even if the were not on the same IP network, if there was communications established between the networks, then worm type viruses can easily spread.

hi yes they can get a virrus when joined to a network etc ok
you should always insure all pc,s or laptops have an up to date anti virus and firewall installed,
and if you are on bt total broadband then you should download and install the free norton anti virus and firewall software available on options 2,3,and 4 of bt broadband its free with theese options so make the best of the free software andinstall them and activate them then set them to automactic update then they will update and scan your pc every so many days or so when connected to internet etc and then you should be virus free
