The tattoo parlors have walls and books full of them. If they don't have exactly what you want, tell them, they will adapt it, and make it exactly as you want it before they apply it.
Find someone with a tattoo that you admire for it's quality and ask where they got it done, even better, the tattoo artist that did it. Should set you off in the right direction.
By the way, the white pigment is not used too much in tattooing, white pigments have a tendency to be somewhat toxic.

Most tatoo shops will help you design that tatoo that you want. I want an ankle bracelet designed with a heart and put my husband's name in the heart.

Just look at the tattoo parlor. They have many books with ideas. Also, just tell them what you want and they'll sketch it out for you and show you and then you can decide if you like it.
