Allot of fast food places offer healthy choices the problem is no one orders the healthy options. We are a society that would rather kill or selves with cheeseburgers and fries.

Fast food can be good for you if you eat it in moderation. Too much of anything is bad for you, so eat a variety of foods. However, whenever you go to a fast food place, do your best to choose the healthy choices that are available like at McDonald's or almost anywhere now that they are trying to make America healthier. Burgers and fries aren't good to eat everyday but only on occassion. The fat in them can add up in your stomach if you don't exercise. Just be reasonable with your orders such as getting a medium order of fries rather than an extra large order of fries.

Not the kind of fast food which is being presented by the fast food industry today. fast food in its meaning is quick and easy but this does not mean it must be frozen or processed, so to answer your question the marjority of fast food is unhealthy of course but it does not need to be. there is no nutrients in food which is reheated over again, frozen or stuffed with sugar and enhancers.

think fish, brown bread, vegatables, pasta, chicken (if cooked really hot) these are all healthy and quite quick to make

Well, it's good if you want to save some money for the day since it's cheap and it keeps you full for hours and hours on end. It's very bad because it's got loads of saturated and transfat that can clog your heart and make you obese. I tend to hit the gym like a maniac the day after eating at a fast food joint...

Fast food tastes good. If you eat it exclusively, you will get fat and that's not good. A burger and fries once in a while won't hurt you as long as you eat nutritious food the rest of the time and exercise.

'NO it is awful for you. I suggest you rent the movie Superzie me, and see what happens to the guy who ate Mc Donald's everyday for 30 days. I'll give you a hint he almost DIED. Also look around you, and you will see a ton of fat people. These people eat fast food on a daily basis. The salads are just as bad as the burgers. Watch the movie please.

Not good for you, sorry. Yes, it tastes good because they douse it in gobs of fat & MSG. It makes you want to eat more because it tastes so good, and because MSG is addictive. Americans love fast food, but if you want to be healthy, you have to eat it in moderation.

Of course, if we always followed a healthy plan, life would be pretty boring. LOL!

Fast food tastes great but high in calories and fat. Many fast food places now have salads.

It appeals to our childhood and teen years when everyone loved hot dogs and hamburgers. Also, it reminds you in some cases like Burger King of the bbq cookouts.
