depending if your dating someone or not. IF u are then its bad if not then its ok. U can make others feel good by good complements without using flirting techniques....

omg its soooo NOT BAD!!! When i mad or sad, if some guy flirts with me i will become happy and more relaxed. It happens alot to me to. ALL these guys are always trying to flirt with me but if you are the one who makes a smile, its all eyes on you!! DONT CHANGE, im sure you are really great...:)

It's not bad if you don't have to deal with that person being interested in you back.The other person may get hurt if they take it as sign that you want to be with them, like hook-up ya know!! Also don't already be hooked up while doing this as it's not fair, you have be committed in your relationship.

if the person you are flirting to starts taking it more seriously then it may become a problem... just watch what you say and who you say it to.
