If there is no suspicion of pregnancy you might have gastritis. (I'm not a doctor so dont go by my advice alone). Gastritis is the inflamation of the stomach lining. Some symptoms are abdominal pain, belching, abdominal bloating, nausea, and vomiting or a feeling of fullness or of burning in the upper abdomen. If you dont have consistant meal times, skip meals a lot you might have this condition. The mouth of your stomach tends to hurt and if you wait too long to eat nausea ensues. You might even throw up after you eat, especially if its been too long. try to eat small meals and snacks and not skip any meals. Limit your diet to non-greasy/fatty foods, no tomatoe or anything acidic and stay away from milk products. Also, try not to lie down after you eat. Try this and see if you feel better. But of course you might want to see a doctor to make sure :)

My daughter had the same problem. Then someone suggested she might have Celiacs disease. She was having reactions to wheat, oats, and barley. There is a test for it but it is very expensive. The best thing to do is go on a Gluten free diet. That is hard considering wheat is in everything. But more and more stores are carrying gluten free products. She feels better has better moods and also lost weight. She is also taking a new, all natural, organic, gluten free, functional food supplement. You can get that at www.greatlifeintl.com/mwpagel

I too have been feeling the same way lately. What I have been doing is just eating simple stuff like bread,jell-o,soup,fruit and vegetables because you have to eat something. It could be something that happens every once in a while.I think that we eat so many unhealthy things that sometimes our bodies just need healthy stuff. As long as it doesn't last for an extremely long time and you start losing weight then i wouldn't be worried.

try a light diet, jello, toast, clear broth, crackers, not too much liquid, eat small meals, you may have a touch of stomach flu. I would stay away from milk products for the time being. good luck
