no he isnt just look at the teams everton have played this season, but at the liverpool game his first goal should have never been allowed due to a foul on xabi alonso and his second goal was slightly offside when it was struck but the other everton player taking a shot then he fouled carragher by pushing him to the floor, so in my opinion no as the teams they played were watford blackburn tottenham who are not the same without carrick and wigan
