I know there are so many employment website like careerbuilder,and puzzling work-from-home program, but I think such a place like forum would be more effective and efficient.

you want to work ONLINE part time ?? 1% chance of THAT happening! 99% of all "online" jobs are a scam. However, if you want to FIND a job using a site online... Monster.com is the best one.

Americans usually look in their local newspaper or job website for a job. They also network with friends and family. Colleges have career offices. Sometimes the career offices work with businesses to place graduates. Some companies hold career fairs on campus to recruit students.
I think it will be hard for you to get an American job online part time.
