1977 Buick Regal and 1989 Buick Park Avenue - 2 very big boats that got probably about 15-20 mpg. Which, for the Regal, was not bad, just not good for today's standards. My 1987 Buick Somerset got close to 27-28 mpg. I miss that car.

1967 Cadillac, 2 door Coup De Ville. It got 3 miles to the gallon. Had a huge V8, somewhere around 500 cubic inches. It wasn't that great of a car, either.

1969 Chrysler Newport - 383 w/2-barrel carb & automatic trans. -Approx 5-7 mpg, depending on traffic (I was commuting 1/2 hour each way to work) - but on long trips it was actually pretty economical, as long as you kept it over 90 MPH - the only thing this car did right was go very fast in a straight line

i had this 84 Toyota tercel that i bought new...and drove the hell out of it.....
at the beginning of this year it had plastic windows, more dents and rust than paint, over 300,000 miles, and something terribly wrong with the engine.....white smoke came directly out of the motor and black out of the tail pipe, it wouldn't pull up a hill at all, every time i drove it anywhere i had to wait in the middle of the hills for somebody with a truck to push me up!.....in February it got about 3 miles to the gallon & i gave the car away!
the dude that i gave it to put about $400. and a full week's worth of work and it runs great now & its back to getting 40 miles to the gallon on the freeway!
but it still has plastic windows!
poor guy!!!
