Menstrual cramps? I don't know, but if you find out let me know, my daughter suffers horribly every month.
Leg cramps? Stand up straight with both feet on the floor.
Foot cramps? Stand up and put your foot flat on the floor or rub the crap out of it. Use lotion for this, makes it a lot easier and feels good too.

Leg cramps? Try standing on a very cold floor.
Menstrual? Hellish and you'll never know unless you suffer.
Medicine free - all I can suggest is a warm hot water bottle and curling up tight.
I take Agnus Castus - herbal but it does wonders for regulating and relieving PMT with me. I am sure it helps with cramping too. Would be worth a look.
Hope something helps you.

Try some chamomile tea, it is herbal and the herbs are supposed to relax stomach muscles. Works for me Good luck. Or go to local natural food store, they usually have herbal tea mixtures that are mixed for this purpose.

is it menstrual cramps? if so eat a banana: the potassium in it helps reduce the pain.
if it's like a body cramp, then i don't know, i guess you just walk around and flex the cramped muscles.
