As far as responsibility, the republicans would definitely like to portray the democrats as the responsible party however, fact as it is, Bush and Cheney are the sponsers of this one!!!!!!!! This war is not about Bush. Clinton signed the bill back in 1998 so if you dont know what ou are talking about then STFU. We are there because of the war on terrorism. Saddam is guilty of having Weapons of mass destructin when he should not. He is guilty of genocide, he is guilty of stealing from his country while he and his family/friends get rich while the poor get poorer. It is a war on Terrorism as well as liberating a country.
