I've reported all their questions and I am working to report all of their 1093 answers for abuse. Look, these question actually violate the community guidelines. If my questions can be removed for unsubstatiated reasons, why can't this user be treated the same?

He is a staff member and can't be reported for answering peoples question that only want to know the rules.He is only here to help them not violate the rules look to his answers not the questions themselves.
